PLACING YOUR ORDER
Paypal is the shopping cart interface used to process orders at Posh Peacock; it is a secure way to make credit card transactions online. If you are inexperienced or uncomfortable with online ordering, please e-mail me and include your name (and phone number if you wish) and I will respond as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact me if you have other special order requests or inquiries.

COUPON CODES
If you have a coupon code, please indicate the code in the "Comments" section during checkout and you will receive a refund for the coupon code amount via Paypal. Alternatively, e-mail me before you place your order and a payment request will be sent minus the coupon code value.

CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS & PACKAGING
Once your order is received, order processing begins within 1-2 days. For personalized items such as monogrammed stationery sets or invitations and announcements, a digital proof will be sent for your approval prior to production. Stationery sets are bound with a coordinating decorative wrap and ribbon of the designer's choice, and is encased in a cellophane bag. Other items also are shipping in stylized, protective wrapping.

SHIPPING
Packages are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. Shipping rates within the US are:
For orders from $0 - $49.99:  $4.95
For orders from $50 - $99.99: $6.95
For orders from $100 - $199.99: $8.95
For orders from $200+:  FREE

Shipping rates to Canada (via standard delivery) are:
For orders from $0 - $49.99:  $9.95
For orders from $50 - $99.99: $11.95
For orders from $100 - $199.99: $13.95
For orders from $200+: $18.95

For delivery outside of the U.S. and Canada, or via an alternate method such as FedEx, please e-mail me for a shipping quote. Once you place your order, a Paypal invoice will be sent to request the additional shipping cost. Please note that custom or duty charges for international shipments (including Canada) are the responsibility of the customer.

TAX
Orders in Massachusetts are charged 6.25% sales tax; otherwise, no tax is charged.

RETURN POLICY
Custom designed pieces cannot be returned; the digital proof process is utilized to ensure that the product is correctly set. However, if you do find an error or problem on my part, your order will be replaced.

Not sure what to get someone? Click on the tile below to purchase a Posh Peacock gift certificate. I also am happy to work with businesses to create large batch gift cards for employees.

MAILING LIST
Please send an e-mail to indicate that you wish to be added to the mailing list. E-mails from Posh Peacock are sent out to announce new designs and/or specials; at a maximum, no more than once every 1-2 months. (Realistically, usually quite a bit less than that!)
