CUSTOMER SERVICE PLACING YOUR ORDER We use a Paypal shopping cart to expedite the ordering process. Paypal is a secure way to make credit card transactions online. If you are inexperienced or uncomfortable with online ordering, please e-mail us and include your name and phone number and we will give you a call back as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact us if you have other special order requests or inquiries. COUPON CODES If you have a coupon code, please indicate the code in the "Comments" section during checkout and we will refund the coupon amount. Alternatively, contact us before you place your order and we can send you a payment request omitting the coupon code value. It's not the most streamlined, but at the moment, that's what we have! CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS & PACKAGING Once we receive your order, processing begins within 1-2 days. For personalized items such as monogrammed stationery sets or invitations and announcements, a digital proof will be sent for your approval prior to production. Stationery sets are bound with a coordinating decorative wrap and ribbon of the designer's choice, and is encased in a cellophane bag. Other items also are shipping in stylized, protective wrapping. TAX Oorders in Massachusetts are charged 5% sales tax.; otherwise, no tax is charged. RETURN POLICY Custom designed pieces cannot be returned; we use the digital proof process to ensure that the product is correctly set.
